If the existing coating is failing, we do not bury it. We grind or strip what’s loose, repair spalls, and coat for traction — not for a showroom gloss you will slip on.

Timing matters. We work when the slab is dry enough and the afternoon heat is not cooking the film as it lands.

How we work

1. 01

   Walk the house

   Jorge or a lead walks the property with you. We look at sun exposure, peeling, moisture, and the colors you actually want to live with — then send a written estimate.

2. 02

   Prep like it matters

   Power wash, scrape, sand, patch, caulk, and prime. Valley dust and pollen get cleaned off, not painted over. Furniture and floors are covered. Hardware comes off and gets labeled.

3. 03

   Coat for this climate

   Sherwin-Williams Duration, Emerald Rain Refresh, SuperPaint, and Benjamin Moore Aura — UV-resistant, low-VOC when you want it. Two coats. Crisp cut-in. Timed around Fresno heat.

4. 04

   Leave it livable

   We walk the job with you, touch what needs touching, and leave the place cleaner than we found it. No mystery paint cans in the garage unless you ask to keep extras.
