When is the best time to paint a house in Fresno?

Spring through fall is the sweet spot for exteriors, but we work year-round. Exteriors need daytime temperatures consistently above about 50°F so the film can cure. We watch the forecast for rare showers and for those 100°+ afternoons, and we move interior work into the hottest weeks.

What paint do you use on exteriors here?

Fresno’s UV and dry air want a serious film. We spec Sherwin-Williams Duration, Emerald Rain Refresh, SuperPaint, and Benjamin Moore Aura — UV-resistant systems, not contractor-grade that chalks in two summers. Interiors get low-VOC options so odor does not sit in dry air.

How much does it cost to paint a house in Fresno?

It depends on size, height, surface condition, and sheen. A small Sanger home is not an Old Fig Garden two-story with failing stucco. We give free on-site estimates after we see the walls. No phone-number-from-a-photo bids.

How long does a typical project take?

A standard exterior often runs 3–5 days including wash, repairs, and cleanup. A few interior rooms can be a couple of days; a full interior closer to a week. You get a timeline with the estimate.

Do I need to be home?

Not the whole time. Be there at the start to confirm rooms and colors, and at the end for the walkthrough. For interiors we need access. We will set that with you.
