What we collect
The estimate form asks for your name, phone number, city, the kind of work, how you want us to reply, and any note you add. Email is optional. If you call or write instead, we keep whatever you tell us so we can bid the job and show up.
We do not ask for a Social Security number, a payment card, or a photo of your driver’s license on this site. We do not run a customer login.
Why we have it
To answer the request, walk the property, write an estimate, and do the work if you hire us. We also keep job records the way a licensed contractor has to. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who else sees the form
The form is delivered by Formspree, which emails the request to Jorge. Formspree handles that message so it reaches the shop. We do not keep a separate customer database on the website itself.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not run an advertising pixel and does not sell browsing data. If we add a visit counter later, this page will say so. Your phone company and your browser still know you visited, the same as any other site.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests stay long enough to reply and, if the job goes ahead, for the records that go with the work. If you only asked for a price and never hired us, you can ask us to delete the message.
California requests
If you live in California, you can ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we have to keep it for a job record or a legal reason. Email Jorge@LPaintingInc.com or call (559) 573-0110. We will not treat you differently for asking.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no separate opt-out switch to flip.
Children
This site is for homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
