When is the best time to paint a house in Fresno?

Fresno’s UV and dry air want a serious film. We spec Sherwin-Williams Duration, Emerald Rain Refresh, SuperPaint, and Benjamin Moore Aura — UV-resistant systems, not contractor-grade that chalks in two summers. Interiors get low-VOC options so odor does not sit in dry air.

How long does a typical project take?

Do I need to be home?

Power wash, scrape, sand, patch, caulk, and prime. Valley dust and pollen get cleaned off, not painted over. Furniture and floors are covered. Hardware comes off and gets labeled.
